What does a typical yacht charter include?
Each charter comes with a qualified crew, all the required safety gear, fuel, and a selection of non-alcoholic refreshments. Inclusions might differ depending on the service — for example, sunset cruises come with premium snacks, whereas corporate charters might include business meeting amenities and specialized catering.
When should I make my reservation?
It's advised to arrange your booking 2–3 weeks ahead of your intended date, more so in the busy period from May to September. For business functions or special celebrations, securing your reservation 4–6 weeks in advance is recommended for more availability and customization options.
What if the weather is unsuitable for sailing?
Your safety is our priority. In case the captain identifies the weather conditions as hazardous, we'll propose an alternative date for your charter or issue a total refund. Weather forecasts are closely monitored, and we will reach out a day prior if concerns about the weather arise.
Am I allowed to bring my own food and non-alcoholic drinks?
Certainly, you may bring your own food and non-alcoholic beverages onboard. We also provide excellent tailor-made catering services with a variety of menu options to suit your tastes. Note that for safety purposes, glass containers are not allowed onboard.
Is there accessibility on your yachts for guests with mobility challenges?
We endeavor to be as accommodating as possible. Some of our yachts offer better accessibility features than others. Let us know your requirements at the time of booking and we will suggest the most appropriate yacht and make any necessary arrangements.
What are the terms of your cancellation policy?
For cancellations made 72 hours prior to departure, a full refund is provided. If you cancel within 24–72 hours before departure, a 50% refund is issued. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to departure are non-refundable, except in cases of unsafe weather conditions or mechanical issues on our part.
